AWebdesign is a serious business, and yes he might give you a nice looking page, but we question if
the end result will be a great designed, and above all functional website. We do this for a living
and we tick all the boxes before a completed project goes live on the net.



QHow long will I have a hosting contract, if I host with you ?
Will I have a year long contract ?


AWe have a 60 days cancellation notice, in case you wish to cease
the webhosting and with that your website.



QWhat does CMS mean exactly ?
It's self maintenance isn't it ?


ACMS stands for Content Management System, its the software implemented as a web application for creating
and managing the content of your website.
We work with JOOMLA, an award-winning CMS. Any aspects, including its easy-to-use and extensibility, have made
Joomla the most popular website software available.



QI am in a different city to you -
can you still make a site for me?


AYes, we certainly can do that for you. We have many clients locally, but also overseas.
We prefer to meet you in person, but if you deliver the material via email that's okay too.



QIs dial-up a problem for modern websites these days ?
With my connection I seem to struggle a lot these days...


AIt is true that modern websites are somewhat heavier on data than the older HTML sites, however
with broadband connections promoted everywhere (even in rural areas), dial-up connections will
soon be something from the past.



QNone of your packages really suit me -
can I have a custom package?


AYes, we can give you a tailor-made proposal for your future project,
all calculated on the number of pages and features you wish to have.



QCan I maintain my website myself?
If it's a CMS website that is.


AYes, you can and we are glad to help you learn how.
If you know how to work with a text editor, you can change the text content easily.



QHow will people find my website?
Will it be seen by all ?


AWe will list your site on the major search engines and we encourage you to put your world wide web address
on everything you can... i.e.: on vehicles, advertisements, business cards, letterhead, invoices, email footers etc.
Also looking at Google Adwords for sponsored links can be a good method of promoting your website.



QWhat is the procedure for paying for my site?
Do I pay it all after completion ?


AWe request a 50% deposit prior to a project can commence, balance is payable
within 10 days after full completion of the website.



QHow can I keep track of the traffic at my website?
Do I have to pay extra for statistics information ?


AWith our webhosting package, you have socalled Webstats included, you will be able
to see all statistics of traffic on your website.



QHow long will it take to complete my website?
Others mention several months, that's too long for me.


AEvery project is different, all depending on our workload at a given time, but usually
it will take four weeks to complete a project.
